Construction works for the restoration of the historic building were the demolition of the old plaster walls, ceiling and roof demolition, masonry, plaster, and shaping reinforced concrete placing.

The basement has an Igloo, imported from Italy, which consists of cutting and removing PAMA to a depth of approximately 40 cm, then pouring concrete slab.
